# Method:
01 - Slice the pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rings. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut a large circle from the center of one ring to form the sun's face. Arrange this ring in the center of a large serving platter.
02 - Peel and slice mangoes and oranges into long, thin strips or wedges to create the sun's rays radiating outward from the pineapple center.
03 - Cut the watermelon into star or triangle shapes using a cookie cutter or knife, then arrange them between the mango and orange rays for added color contrast.
04 - Fill gaps between the watermelon shapes and rays with clusters of green grapes and blueberries to provide bursts of color and texture.
