# Method:
- On a large wooden board or platter, sketch a rough outline of a tree shape using pencil or parchment paper if desired.
- Place broccoli florets and sugar snap peas to form the branches, using cucumber slices to define the tree edges.
- Distribute cubes and wedges of cheddar, gouda, and brie across the branches to provide flavor variety and visual appeal.
- Drape salami and prosciutto slices loosely between cheeses and vegetables; omit or replace with additional vegetables for a vegetarian option.
- Fill remaining gaps with clusters of red and green grapes, pomegranate seeds, and dried cranberries to add color and sweetness.
- Scatter roasted almonds and pistachios evenly over the arrangement.
- Use crackers to form the trunk of the tree at the base of the board.
- Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs throughout the branches for an aromatic, evergreen effect.
- Serve hummus and whole grain mustard in small bowls alongside or on the board for dipping.
- Refrigerate the assembled board until ready to serve, then enjoy immediately.
