This brunch board was a highlight at our last family gathering, bringing everyone together over delicious, colorful food.
Ingredients
- Eggs: 8 large eggs 1 tsp white vinegar (for boiling)
- Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced 6 slices rustic sourdough bread 12 assorted crackers
- Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) soft goat cheese 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, cubed 100 g (3.5 oz) brie, sliced
- Fresh Fruits: 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved 1 cup grapes, separated into small clusters 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup blueberries
- Vegetables: 1 cup baby carrots 1 cup cucumber rounds 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- Spreads & Dips: 1/2 cup hummus 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup fruit preserves (apricot or raspberry) 1/4 cup herbed cream cheese
- Garnishes: Fresh dill sprigs Fresh parsley Edible flowers (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1:
